At The Jersey Concept, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our jerseys. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

• Customized or personalized jerseys are non-refundable unless there's a defect or error on our part

 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

• We aim to make sure you get exactly what you ordered — and love it. If there’s an issue, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
